50+ Years of Passion
for the Game
A family-owned golf club built over generations, with a commitment to making the game accessible to everyone.
Founded in 1967, the Caughnawaga Golf Club is a family-owned and operated business. Driven by the same passion for golf for over 60 years, we are committed to offering you the best experience possible, making us the best choice in the South Shore area.
Our philosophy has always been simple: provide passionate golfers with the highest-quality experience we can at an affordable price. Whether you’re a seasoned player or discovering golf for the first time, we want you to feel welcome, enjoy your round, and experience a course that continues to grow while staying true to its roots.
Quality Golf Without the Fuss
A mature course, natural-grass practice facilities, and everything you need to enjoy a great day of golf.
Everything we do at the CGC reflects our passion for the game. From our beautiful greens and mature, well-designed course to multiple tee boxes and our natural-grass practice facility, we focus on the details that make golf more enjoyable. We don't even like hitting mats — so you'll find real grass where you practice your swing. And the experience doesn't stop at the 18th green. A good breakfast, a sandwich, or a burger with friends is all part of a great day at the Club. We're not trying to be the fanciest golf club around. We may not be fancy, but we're good — and we're proud of it.
The Best Bang for Your Buck
Great golf, fair prices, and a place where you don't have to be a member to feel at home.
We believe everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy a great round of golf without unnecessary barriers or pretension. Whether you’re here for a casual round, practicing your game, or spending the day with friends, you’ll always be welcomed at the Club.
If you haven’t played with us yet, come give us a try. We’d be delighted to meet you and share the place we’ve spent more than 50 years building. Enjoy the course, take in the atmosphere, grab a bite, and experience what makes the CGC a place golfers can truly feel at home.
And that's more than just a slogan around here.
